Mr. Peterson joined Craig-Hallum in 2004 and has more than 10 years of investment banking experience providing financing and merger and acquisition advice for a number of leading growth companies. Jeff has completed more than 70 transactions in his career totaling more than $7.5 billion in value. Prior to joining Craig-Hallum, Mr. Peterson worked with the Investment Banking Group at RBC Capital Markets and prior to that time, Wessels, Arnold & Henderson. Preceding his investment banking experience, he was an application developer and systems consultant with Andersen Consulting. Mr. Peterson received a B.A. from St. John’s University.
