Mr. Stevenson is a Principal at Craig-Hallum and has over twenty years of experience valuing private companies, issuing fairness opinions and has been instrumental in conducting a number of sell-side merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Stevenson’s background includes Senior Manager in the valuation practice of Deloitte & Touche and Vice President in the Corporate Finance Group of Dougherty Summit Securities. Mr. Stevenson is an accredited senior appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Iowa State University.
