Mr. Townley joined Craig-Hallum in 2007 and has more than 12 years of investment banking and capital markets experience. Mike has completed more than 40 transactions in his career totaling more than $9.0 billion in value. Prior to joining Craig-Hallum, Mr. Townley was an investment officer at Cherry Tree Investments, a general partner of Carlin Ventures and an investment banker at Dain Rauscher Wessels. Mike has also served as interim CFO of Cherry Tree and Carlin Ventures portfolio companies including Gearworks, Inc., a leading developer of location-based, field service automation software. Mr. Townley received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Harvard University and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management.
