John Lipman

Mr. Lipman joined Craig-Hallum in 2012 and has significant investment banking experience in capital markets and M&A transactions. Prior to joining Craig-Hallum, John was a Managing Director at Rodman & Renshaw and Hudson Securities (acquired by Rodman & Renshaw) where he focused on capital markets transactions for emerging growth companies in a variety of different sectors. Previously, he was the Chairman and CEO of Carter Securities where he was focused on raising institutional capital for emerging growth companies. Mr. Lipman received a B.A. from Rollins College.

Mike Malouf

Michael Malouf, CFA is a Senior Research Analyst and Head of our Boston team. His focus is on small and mid-cap companies that exhibit high recurring revenue, positive earnings revisions and rising operating margins. Michael spent 7 years at RCM Capital in San Francisco where he rose to Co-Head of Small Cap Investments, managing over $1 Billion. He then moved to Boston and launched the Small Cap Growth product at Neuberger Berman. Most recently, Michael was a founding Partner, President and Portfolio Manager at Copper Rock Capital Partners, a money manager specializing in Small Cap Growth stocks. Michael has received his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and is a CFA charterholder.

George Sutton is a Partner, Co-Director of Research and Senior Research Analyst in the Equity Research Department at Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC, where he covers Business Service and Software. From 1995-2003, he was a Managing Director in the Research Department at RBC Capital Markets and its predecessor Dain Rauscher Wessels. Before that Mr. Sutton worked on the buy-side with First Chicago Investment Management (now JP Morgan) and First Chicago Venture Capital (now Madison Dearborn Partners). Mr. Sutton received a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University in Bloomington and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
